Today’s episode features Dr. Ray Underwood, a church planter and pastor for over 30 years who currently serves as the Chief Encouragement Officer at Family Church – the CEO of Family Church. The title is tongue in cheek, but the role is real and reproducible. Dr. Ray is incredibly passionate about helping other pastors grow and seeing them succeed. He believes that we are all better together and he himself is leveraging everything he is in this role. To hear him talk about it, is encouraging in and of itself.
