This video is for those considering joining us in this endeavor or for those wanting to get more information concerning FBCWPC’s church planting vision.

Here are a few things we are 100% committed to:

1. The church- Churches plant churches and we want to be that kind of church at WPB. Some have adopted a “reptilian model” (produce a lot of hatchlings but only few survive). We desire to plant thriving churches.

2. Pastor’s- God’s uses biblically called men to lead and shepherd. Our residency program is designed to exhort and train men who are called to pastor.

3. Prayer- We are praying right now that God will send us men who have a burden for south FL and who get south FL culturally. We need several hundred trained pastors in order to start this many churches.

4. Teams- Lone Ranger church planters do not survive. The team concept requires humility that attracts God’s grace. Teams that are planting churches have a much higher survival rate than the soloist.
